Booking & Scheduling
How far in advance do I need to book?+
We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance for the best availability. Same-day pickups may be available depending on our schedule — our booking calendar will show you the most accurate availability.
Can I choose a specific pickup time?+
Yes. During booking you’ll see available pickup windows for your selected date. We offer 1-hour windows between 12pm and 5pm. We offer morning and afternoon windows of 9-10am and 3-4 pm. If you need an alternate pickup time, please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask!
Please note: From June through September (on Fridays) that our morning pickup window is 8-9am or you may drop-off only at our table located at the summer market (around the pond) across from the Apple Valley Villa Apartments. (Except for June 19th & September 4th)
Do you offer weekend pickups?+
Yes, we currently offer pickup windows Wednesday through Saturday. Gear picked up on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
Pickup & Delivery
How does pickup and delivery work?+
We’ll come to your home during your chosen window, collect your items, and return them clean and fresh within 24 hours (Usually the next day, except for Saturdays pickups which are delivered back to you on Monday.).
Do I need to be home for pickup?+
Not necessarily. Many customers leave items in a designated spot (driveway, porch, etc.). Just let us know your preference in the notes section during booking.
What areas do you service?+
We currently serve the South Metro Twin Cities area. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to reach out.
Cleaning Process
What cleaning methods do you use?+
We use gentle, non-toxic, and fabric-safe cleaning methods tailored to each item type. All products are chosen with families and sensitive skin in mind.
Can you handle tough stains or odors?+
Yes. We offer optional Biohazard and Deep Clean add-ons for items that need extra attention.
Will my items smell like chemicals when returned?+
No. We use low-residue, family-friendly products and thorough rinsing/drying processes so your items come back fresh and neutral-smelling.
Pricing & Payments
How is pricing calculated?+
Pricing is based on item type and any add-ons selected (Biohazard or Deep Clean). You’ll see your total before confirming your booking.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards through our secure Square checkout.
Is there a fee for same-day service?+
We do not offer same-day service at this time.
Cancellations & Changes
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?+
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your scheduled pickup window without penalty. Please contact us as soon as possible.
What if I need to change my pickup address?+
As long as it's within our service area and we haven’t already dispatched, we can usually accommodate address changes. Just reach out to us.
